Our Trip

Got to London a week later, with just the address
and a set of keys. This is what we saw as the taxi pulled up.

That's King's Road just at the end of our street Lotts Road.
Our estate (meaning apartment complex) was located on a mews
just off this road, and overlooking a great garden (you'll see).

The area was a mix of pre-war homes and industrial factories which
had been converted to a massive design center, fabric houses, and antique dealers.

This is the gate we pulled up to. If you look real closely above,
you can see POOLS LANE on the gate column.
Our flat is top floor FAR SIDE, not the
inferior storm-damaged left side.

Same gate going out. When our HUGE London cabs
showed up, we could buzz em in this gate. VERY Dynasty.

So c'mon in, goddamn it!!
